Dominik Gührs: Wakeboarding in Bavaria 2024

Dominik Gührs spent a lot of time at the parks in his home area, Bavaria, this summer, but not just there, as his season edit shows.

For Dominik Gührs, living in Munich is not the worst thing in the world – no, no, we’re not talking about the “Schickeria”. But it is about luxury. The luxury of being able to reach some of the best spots quickly. At the forefront is his home spot, Wasserskipark Aschheim.

Since Aschheim wasn’t open for a season and it didn’t start until later this year, Nik certainly enjoyed his time on the water there even more. However, the alternative locations at Turncable in Thannhausen and Wake and Groove in Geisenfeld were certainly more than a good substitute. And then, of course, he was also out and about at one or two other spots. Where? His season recap reveals it!

This time Leon Aulbach is responsible for the edit–a perfect combination of talent in front of and behind the cam. Features, air tricks … you name it!

The clip gets you in the mood and makes you wistful at the same time, because the season in Central Europe is pretty much over. But some cables are still–such as in Aschheim–maybe you’ll see Nik on the water there again?
